Executive Summary

The Tana River County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP) 2023-2027 is the county's master plan for guiding development, coordination, and stakeholder collaboration over five years. It aims to achieve a vision of 'A peaceful, cohesive and prosperous County offering high quality of life to its citizens' and a mission of 'To ensure effective and accountable leadership, promote a just, democratic and secure and establish strong governance institutions to empower citizens, for the achievement of economic transformation and wealth creation.'
